It is the responsibility of De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited subcontractors to ensure that the PPS's they are using are up to date. PPS updates are released as soon as approved, so updates are released on a continuous, but irregular basis (e.g., in a given month there may be multiple releases of PPS updates, or none at all).
