PPS 13.39, Issue 5 - Bombardier Toronto Engineering Process ManualSummary of Changes:
- Specified that PPS 31.13 and PPS 32.11 are categorized as critical processes. Added a note to the table that Facilities approved to process parts according to PPS 36.07 are considered approved to process parts according to PPS 31.13 and PPS 32.11.
PPS 21.20, Issue 30 - Mixing and Handling Two-Part SealantsSummary of Changes:
PPS 36.07, Issue 11 - Metal to Metal and Metal to Metal Honeycomb High Strength Bonding using DHMS A6.03 Adhesive Film and Primer
- Added use of a durometer to ASTM D2240.
- Revised glove description of DSC 422-2 and DSC 422-5 to reflect that of the DSC's.
- Added details on mixing and handling data for 3M AC 370 B2 and B1/2 sealant to DHMS S3.01 Type II Class B.
- Deleted 3M AC-735 B1/2 sealant from PPS.
Summary of Changes:
- Deleted "Nominal" from Table I and Table III titles.
- Replaced "PSF" in Table III to "lb/ft2".
- Added new Facilities section.
- Specified to replace unused adhesive in the bag with protective waxed paper in place, re-seal the bag and return to the freezer.
- Defined pot life (Table IV).
- Added temperature tolerance in Table IV.
- Specified all testing and evaluation specified in PPS 36.07, shall be performed by Bombardier Toronto Materials Laboratory or by laboratories accredited according to BAERD GEN-018.
